Measure over tight-fitting (not too tight!) thin undergarment or sportswear.
Put a tape around the waist and keep it in place as a reference for other measurements. Don't pull the measurement tape tight, you should be able to put one or two fingers underneath.
a) Waist: measure around the smallest part of your waist
b) Hip: around the fullest part of your seat
c) Hip depth: at the side, measure from waist to hip

d) Knee length: at the side, from waist to the hollow of your knee

c) Knee cirumference: measure over a bent knee
d) Side length: at the side, from waist to floor
e) Hip depth: at the side, measure from waist to hip
f) Knee length: at the side, from waist to the hollow of your knee
g) Inside leg: side length minus crotch depth
h) Crotch diameter: place T-square horizontally between the legs with the short side against the buttock; mark Centre Front (CF) and then measure the diameter
i) Crotch length: measure loosely from CF waist between the legs to centre back (CB) waist.
j) Crotch depth: seated on a hard sruface, at the side from waist to surface
